Late last year (2021) Al DiSilva's team replaced my 36 year old direct vent wall heater with a new Empire unit. My compliments to Toby, Kevin and Scott for their excellent work. No after install touch up work was necessary for sheetrock indoors. And, Kevin repaired the siding perfectly outdoors around the vent. Toby also hooked up a new internet thermostat using a special "C Wire Adapter" to supply power to the thermostat, since the heater itself provided no facility to do so.
