I will never rent from this agency again. There was so much wrong with the home that was initially hidden. When you fill out the inventory form of what's wrong, they tell you it's only to protect you & them. There are no intentions to repair. We moved in & found holes in the wall, stained carpet, stained walls, broken appliances, faulty systems, broken garage, and so much more. If you want anything fixed, YOU, AS THE TENANT, have to submit a home warranty claim and pay the deductible. I own a home that I rent out. Any issues, I submit the claim & pay the deductible on my tenants behalf, as it is my home. Even if you show that you sent the rent transfer days before the 1st, if it arrives late, (out of your control) you're still charged late fees. Lease says by midnight, but they start charging by the day by 4:00 pm on the 3rd. My home & any other home I've leased, came with a fridge. A lot of theirs don't. They're somewhat nice people, but their rules are just awful.
