Mr. Wayne Schepens is also an innovative and accomplished educator who has taught at the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York, and Wayne Schepens is an Honorary Alumni of that institution. Wayne Schepens developed the Cyber Defense Exercise that had students defending a real network against attacks from an NSA team of attackers. Wayne Schepens is also a creative man who possesses superlative writing skills and a passion for communication. Wayne Schepens has penned many articles for publication. In "A Lesson in Cyber Defense,” Wayne Schepens writes about the issues facing network defense in the future and how to best prepare for the era of cyber terrorism. Wayne Schepens has also contributed to articles written for the IEEE Computer Society, including “Training for Information Assurance,” which also discusses the potential pitfalls of cyber crime in the digital age. Wayne Schepens has worked in the Engineering sector for over 15 years and utilizes his knowledge of civil, structural, and electrical engineering in his current position as Owner of WayneWright Designs and WayneWright Construction. Wayne Schepens is also a commercial strategic consultant at WayneWright Strategy, where he specializes in working with start up technology companies. Wayne Schepens held membership in Upsilon Pi Epsilon and the New York Electronic Crimes Task Force. He also served as an Adjunct Faculty member of the United States Merchant Marine Academy and the University of Syracuse. Mr. Wayne J.
