I rarely write reviews, but have been inspired to do so in the hopes of saving others from wasting their time by hiring Scott Elwood for their septic design. It started by him forgetting our appointment, then showing up 3 hours late. He promised a whole lot, then I never heard from him again. I have texted (his preferred form of communication) and left voicemails - he has 100% ghosted me since his initial visit 2 1/2 months ago! As a business owner, I find this extremely unprofessional and totally unacceptable business practice (obviously). Literally anyone else would be a better option.
