In 2003, Mr. Chen joined Fannie Mae to assist in developing its corporate compliance program with an emphasis on securities compliance. In 2006, he joined Watson Wyatt to serve as the company's lead securities lawyer for the public reporting and investment advisory business. In 2009, Mr. Chen led the company in consummating its $3.5 billion merger with Towers Perrin. He formed CHEN Law in 2011.
