I started Rockhound Pets as a way to hang out with my dog (Mango) and cat (Milly) all day. Well, not really, but I have always loved creating jewelry, and I am very smitten with my animals. I grew up surrounded by jewelry and stones- my mom is a jeweler, and my dad is a rockhound and lapidary (which means that he sources, cuts, and polishes stones).
