Central Vacuum Technicians was originated because of a small need in the Chagrin Valley area, just east of Cleveland. Service technicians were few in this area because of the limited service calls. I would absolutely recommend Barry to anyone needing service on their central vac. He is professional, courteous, neat/clean, and on time - just to start with. Barry was knowledgeable and fair in his assessment and repair of our system and recommendations to us. Such a pleasant person to work with! We didn't feel like we were taken advantage of in any way - which is such a rare occurrence today. He went out of his way -- one more than one instance to accommodate us! In a world of apathy and indifference toward the consumer, Central Vacuum Technicians is refreshingly pleasant to work with. One call and owner, Barry Leven, inspected my home for the potential installation of a central vacuum. There was no pressure, but rather a knowledgeable, relaxed review of what the company offers; expertise, unit and accessory sales, installation and troubleshooting (which I don't anticipate, but just in case, it's nice to know it's available). The installer was on time, skilled and well informed about my project. I highly recommend this company.
