This is the essence of what we do; we provide assistance to family care givers through health proxies, partnering with you to provide your loved one the quality care and attention they deserve. When you can't visit, we will and provide you with a report of our findings. It has been our experience over the years that it just take one visit from one of us to ensure that your loved one will receive the highest quality care available. Why an Ombudsman? It dawned on our founder that many people had members of their family that needed their presence during a medical service occasion. However; due to other pressing obligations, like work and running a household, the time they have to dedicate to a hospitalized relative is limited and the burden heavy. This is why our founder started this organization, to directly assist people who find themselves in these circumstances.
