From Start 2 Finish's mission is to proactively provide affordable counseling and mentoring to the lower-class families within the city of Emporia, VA, surrounding counties, and national localities at large. Our primary purpose is to provide training and support to enable individuals with documented psychiatric functional limitations to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment. From Start 2 Finish Counseling Services, Inc., have developed residential, work and job skills training programs which helps individuals in their efforts to become more self sufficient, contributing members of society. The program targets the segment of adolescents and/or adults 18 years of age or older who have been identified as at risk of hospiltalization, homelessness or isolation from social supports.

Now You Can Be There with Health Care Support. Ensure your loved one is receiving quality patient care/ assistance with health proxy support from Ombudsman Elite. Ombudsman Elite started out in Rockville Centre, New York. Knowing that your loved one is receiving the quality care they deserve is not only your responsibility it’s ours too. This is the essence of what we do; we provide assistance to family care givers through health proxies, partnering with you to provide your loved one the quality care and attention they deserve. When you can't visit, we will and provide you with a report of our findings. It has been our experience over the years that it just take one visit from one of us to ensure that your loved one will receive the highest quality care available. Why an Ombudsman? It dawned on our founder that many people had members of their family that needed their presence during a medical service occasion. However; due to other pressing obligations, like work and running a household, the time they have to dedicate to a hospitalized relative is limited and the burden heavy. This is why our founder started this organization, to directly assist people who find themselves in these circumstances.
