I highly recommend working with this company! Over holidays they had a Kiosk (cart) at our main mall in Rochester, which closed before we could make our exchange. After calling them, they told us where we could find another "cart" in the Cities or they would make exchange through the mail. I felt hesitant about doing that so we made a trip to the Cities. The "cart" did not have the size or color we needed but assured us that we could leave our articles with them and they would deliver it to their boss and send us what we wanted at their expense. We did this, but had no way to prove it should the transaction not follow through. They did follow through with exactly what we were asking for!!
