This is a comprehensive regimen designed to do one thing: Help you develop a body you can be proud of when you look in the mirror. You get to work with Chicago's only "Image Transformation Specialist". You get a full training program built according to your goals, schedule, my special 7 point checklist, your body type, and monthly assessments. I focus on two key areas: -Losing stubborn fat from key areas -Building the right amount of muscle in the right places A special combination of expertise, experience, and common sense allow me to assess your body type and figure out exactly what your body could and should look like to be most attractive. You get 2 personal training sessions a week, monthly individual program designed just for you, 5 point assessment, gym membership & parking, and 24/7 access to me.
