My philosophy is based on the belief that in order to truly live a full and Shalom (peaceful) life often behaviors or thought patterns need to be confronted and changed. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Torah (the Bible) coupled with the healing power of Yeshua (Jesus Christ) one can live in mental freedom.
