We have worked with Jonathan for many years. We recently engaged him(after 2 years). It was such a BAD experience. He was unreliable in every way. When we had face to face interactions, he was argumentative, demeaning, & entitled! Thankfully, we stopped working with him in a short time. He only offered an apology for his behavior when asking for payment for the small amount of hardscaping completed.
