We were/are extremely happy with Eaglewing and their work on our websites. They built our first site, KettleMorainePlayers.com in HTML to our specs. In 2016 when we purchased an old church and converted it to a theater a lot had to change. We need an additional site for the venue that would become our primary site and we needed it in WordPress so we could handle the almost daily updating. We were going from 2 shows a year to 7 and people would know us by the venue name. As we looked for who would do the work at a price we could afford we were happy to find out that Eaglewing also did WordPress. They gave us the guidance that we could purchase a theme/template that would deliver the look and functionality we wanted and be very affordable. Our communication with Eaglewing was all by email which worked fine since they typically responded within a few hours and it didn't matter what day of the week it was. They provided honest guidance always explaining why things should or should not be a certain way. When problems arise (there will be some with any site) Eaglewing gets them fixed very quickly and they don't nickel and dime you with charges for any of it. They deliver what they say, when they say, at the price they say. If there ever need to be additional charges they are reasonable, well explained and always justified. We were very fussy about our site because it is the primary connector of our customers to us and to our ticketing and PayPal. It has to be dependable and safe and it is.
