Although James did a fine job on my stone wall there is a WARNING, I must impart. While working in my home James's driver mowed over my very expensive mailbox, style defined by my HOA. Out of kindness I allowed the driver who stated he could repair to new to repair rather than replace it. Sadly the repair only lasted a few weeks. I recently informed James of this and that he needed to be responsible to replace the mailbox part at a cost of $350... James has refused to be responsible for the damage his employee perpetuated. This has left me with the cost and burden of replacing as post office will not deliver now. My option to put mail on hold where I cannot pick up my mail until hold is removed or allow my mail to be returned to sender. In order to receive my mail I have had to fork over the funds while James refuses to take responsibility for the damage he caused. No matter how good a job is it matters not if the COMPANY DAMAGES YOUR PROPERTY THEN WALKS AWAY AND IGNORS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY! HIRE AT YOUR RISK AND TRUST ME THIS RISK IS NOT WORTH TAKING!!!!!
