Hired to tear down and replace a wood privacy fence. Awful at communication or showing up when scheduled to do so. Did barely adequate work when he did show up. On at least one occasion sent other people to do work in his place who were unqualified and this resulted in major damage to my property. After I fired him he refused monies owed back to me or to make any restitution for damages. Just somebody to avoid like the plague.
