My fiancé and I bought a house, which need major exterior work which included waterproofing basement, building a fence, adding pavers, and paving the driveway. We contacted several contractors and the estimates were ridiculous for only half the work we needed done. We found the company through a referral of a friend. The owner Vinny came to the house viewed and measured the property, and returned a few days later with an architectural drawing of our house. He showed us the materials and explained down to the penny how much it would cost and why. We were able to get everything we needed done for the same price as the previous contractors, but he also added extras that we thought we could not afford. He added a BBQ area, a water feature, a picnic table and benches, lighting all around the yard, an above ground pool area, planting areas under the windows and even a tiki bar. His staff is fantastic! They clean up the work site at the end of the day. They have gone beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs during the construction period, which can be very stressful. Vinny explains the work that has been done on a daily basis, and what is to come next so that we can plan accordingly. They are punctual and profession. I am so excited to start using my new outdoor retreat.
