Do NOT HIRE the Omega Construction Company (owned by David Han) in Rancho Cucamonga. We hired him to do about $40K worth of work into a house we're moving into, and he did a terrible job. When he was repairing and painting the exterior, he took many short cuts (obviously to save his cost). He did not properly prep the exterior prior to paining. He failed to caulk the gap between the overlapping wood frames and just painted over it, which left it vulnerable to termite infestations. When we complained and had him redo it, he again did an inadequate job. When he installed the floors throughout the interior, several areas began expanding and lifting up against one another when the weather got hot. When we complained about it, he said he'll fix it by trimming the edges, but it'll alter the pattern and look of the floor and obvious evidence of the repair. In the midst of our project, he picked up a bigger contract and diverted most of his crew there and worked on our part time. When we just had enough of his poor work and did not want him to work on our house, we tried to negotiate some kind of refund, but he wouldn't budge. We'll be taking him to a small claim court.
