Ronnie Hooks is a genius!!!!! He installed my air conditioning compressor about 5 or so months ago and today, my heat stopped working. This had nothing to do with my compressor outside or work on the condensor/compressor, but was a inside unit problem as my Trane heater is about 11 years old. He walked me through some very simple steps to test what the problem might be and was discovered it was in the thermostat in the house. Most other companies would have simply scheduled an appointment right off the bat, charged a service call through their receptionist and charged an arm and a leg. Ronnie had come twice to my home 5-6 months ago first to install the condensor outside and then to clean my inside coils on my old Trane unit. He is extremely HONEST to have taken the time to talk with me on the phone 4 different times this afternoon and walking me through different steps to discover it was a very quick and simple fix. I have heat again and I am thrilled with Ronnie Hooks service and honest approach to customer service.
