I hired BML Contracting to find the source of a leak from my living room ceiling. I was told that my roof needed to be replaced at a cost of 10,000 dollars. The did the work and a few weeks later the leak returned. I called the owner who said he would be out the next day. He never showed up and didn't return my calls. I had to hire a different company who found the true source of the leak. I would not recommend BML Contracting.
