I met with the owner prior to starting the job. We greed on which trees and bushes were supposed to be trimmed and which ones not to be touched. We also included checking for leaks in lines and sprinklers and resetting the timers in addition to the regular landscape clean up. Due to rainy conditions, the work took place two days later. The owner did not show up on the premises to supervise his workers, the timers were NOT reset, the sprinklers and water lines were NOT checked and the clean up job was mediocre. Worse yet, the company henchmen chopped of a pineapple tree I asked to be excluded because it provided: Privacy for our master bedroom Privacy for our patio Shade for our dogs Needless to say the owner called me incessantly the following day and even came to my work and handed me a FULL PRICE BILL - that didn't mention sprinklers/water lines checks and a timer re-set. When I complained about the palm tree he said it would grow back in two months. Beware - this is a senior citizen scam!!!
