I moved in the sub-division 3 years ago and have had nothing but regrets. When we occupied the house it needed a great deal of work. Instead of welcoming us to the community we were harassed about the weeds, shutter, pressure washing, and painting. I wonder why so many people were moving out of the community and now I know.
