Do not walk, but run away fast from this man. He's a con artist. Just Google his name with Better Business Bureau or Angie's List to see detailed complaints. He will ask for a big deposit up front, then won't do an ounce of work that he promises. There will be excuse after excuse. He doesn't sand anything and sloppily paints over stuff. He'll promise a lot, though, and talks a good game until he has your money. Then, he runs.
