Just had an appraisal done. Linda was very nice and took the appropriate cautions with the virus going on. Everything was done well and professionally but the value was incorrect. The reason for 3 stars is that the value it was appraised at is at least $20k below current market. My house was compared to a house with half the lot of size and smaller square footage on a recent sale with many less features. I was surprised to see such a low appraisal price.
