As soon as I called them, Mr Solis (the owner) was very professional, made an appointment to come right out and see me, then took a look at my roof and said that it didn't need to be completely replaced. It was a simple repair. To my surprise, the 4 prior roofer all stated that I need to call my insurance and file a claim before giving me a price.
