I did not hire this company but my new neighbor did and while they were here I dropped my IPHONE and I tracked it to my street until they left and then tracked it to their business area. I called the phone 20+ times while they were here from my other phone which read ICE1, they had every chance to pick it up and give it back but instead because noone was around took it back to Stratford and kept it. I talked with the neighbor they were moving i<a href="Javascript:void(0);" class="showMoreLink"> Show More</a><span class="hiddenText" style="display: none;">n and told her they left with my phone she called them that day to tell them as she wasn't sure were to find find me and they never told her they had it. It is only after calling twice and wating a week to hear back and then sending a messGe to their business page owner Frank Fatigati called from SC and told me they had my phone and refused to mail it to me because after all they just found it it wasn't stolen. He said I could go get it but when I called to verify their address and hours on Monday was told they would call me back in 10-15 minutes I was not about to drive 2 hours to be jerked around and thank goodness I didn't I then emailed another Company website and then A Barry C the manager and heard back from a William Cosey and was told "We are no longer in possesion of your phone" how about $50 to cover your insurance dedcutible. What a joke I just bought that phone 3 mos earlier 125 w/trade in was 658 replace
