The worst part about dealing with this architect is that his designs are creative and beautiful. Unfortuneatly he draws without a CAD program so none of his numbers add up. You will have an expensive experience if you use this guy. The drawings just do not work and you dont figure that out until after the fact. Then he blames every contractor but himself. There are plenty of others to choose from.
