I would not recommend this company. I sent two bags to them to be repaired, they sent me an email promising to have the repairs done and promising that I would be so pleased. purse #1 the rivets came off the day I tried to use it. I contacted them, they said send it back.... no charge ( really?) then I tried purse #2 , strap broke . They were sorry for my problem. I spent $1000.00 to get these purses fixed and was told I would be overjoyed with the work. I asked for a refund on the labor. They have stopped returning e.mails
