This comaony hasnthe most corrupt owners I have ever dealt with when it comes to renting from them. Not only are they slum Lords who never fix anything, they charged us with two electric bills and to heat the one hot water heater that was in a house for two families. They also threatened us with court for damages we did not do. Avoid these losers at all costs.
