Horrible experience & horrible customer service. Allowed us to book him "under false pretenses" for our wedding in Sept 2019. 10 days before our wedding we find out that: 1.He wasn't insured or even licensed to cater in the state of NC, 2. Didn't have a commercial kitchen to prepare food for our 250 guests, 3. Was immobile and didn't have a staff to assist in catering our wedding (he never made us aware of his health issues). I had no choice but to cancel his catering services & hire a LEGIT catering company and he refused to return our deposit. Currently feel scammed out of $1,480. Do not support this business unless he provides you legal documentation of a properly registered business entity, licensing and insurance, & sanitation paperwork.
