I've been a customer of W S Tire Center for many years and in the course have spent thousands of dollars with them. My last vehicle I brought in was a 2010 Jeep which I needed their help in installing a new part. Not only did they install it wrong, they messed up my steering box which will now cost me over $1,000 to fix. When I went in to discuss the issue they created, the owner told me to "Get out and don't come back." He does not stand behind his workmanship and does not take responsibility of his companies mistakes. Do they not value customer service?
