To whom it may concern, I offer this letter in reference and support of Russell Crupe and his company NSA Security Forces. I believe I'm uniquely qualified to speak about Mr. Crupe's integrity and honesty. I have known Russ for approximately 10 years. Mr. Crupe has purchased many thousands of dollars from my company and has always met his financial obligations in a timely and forthright manner. As owner of The Three Rivers Auction Company in Washington Pennsylvania I have also had the occasion to hire Mr. Crupe's company, NSA Security Forces, to provide security for my estate auctions. I have always been very pleased with the competence and professionalism of NSA's employees. This relationship has given me the opportunity to deal with Mr. Crupe both as a customer and also as a supplier of services. I can say without reservation that he maintains the highest level of integrity in all of our dealings. I can also speak to Russ and his wife Heidi's commitment to our community. As a member of the board of the Washington County Community Foundation, I can attest that the Crupes believe in supporting their community. The Crupes have set up a fund at the foundation that supports our area's libraries. They are also very involved in their church and the work that it does helping the less fortunate in Washington Pa. In addition, through his company NSA Security, Russ supports many causes in his hometown, including the David Bradford House Museum, The Whiskey Rebellion Festival and
