Aug 23, 2011 " My experience was great. I called on a Wednesday nite around 9:00pm. Never dreamed a "real person" would answer the phone. I spoke to Linda, who was so courteous, professional and just a nice person - a pleasure to speak with. I set up an appointment for a refrigerator to be removed. Linda gave me a time frame and said they would call me when they were on their way. They called & were here on the day promised and showed up within the time frame promised. Rich and his brother were very nice and did the job quickly.
