I purchased a couples massage from Groupon and tried calling about 20 times left several messages and no response. On there voice mail it says to send a text or email so I did that as well. You cant speak to a live person which absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating! Finally a week in a half later I got a call from someone that was very rude telling me " so I guess we need to get you scheduled for a massage". Yeah obviously! I talked to her on 3/28/13 and she said her next appt wasn't until 5/6/13! She was very rude the whole time during our conversation that I asked her who she was and she said the owner. I told her they should not be offering Groupons when they cant schedule massages in a timely manner and that I will call to get a refund. She then said yeah I think you should do that and hung up! She was very very unprofessional and would not recommend this place at all!

I have recently had a very similar experience. I bought a groupon and when I attempted to schedule an appointment it was a never ending run around. When I tried to voice my concerns over their scheduling issues, long wait, and never being able to speak to a person, the woman I was dealing with (again not in person) was very rude and basically told me the same thing..so get a refund. Apparently in this time of struggling small businesses this company has no problem chasing away clients. The cheap price(with a groupon) in no way makes up for the hassles and rudeness. I would never recommend this company to anyone. A massage is supposed to be a relaxing zen experience and just scheduling an apt has about pushed me over the edge!!

I purchased a living social coupon three weeks ago. I tried calling the number 505-465-7641 about 15 times. You couldn't even leave a voice mail!!!! Finally there is a message to text to another number. I don't have texting. This is probably the shadiest massage joint in Albuquerque. Had to get Living Socia involved to resolve this issue. Go to Ocean Blue Medical on 5555 Montgomery or call them at 505-883-1212. They always return phone calls if you don't talk to someone live. They give the best massages!!!!
