ST Tuesca
Over charging college students. Four students were waiting to pay and all were charged different amounts. Requires cash only and won't provide change. Only releases vehicles at night with an appointment. The lady that answered the phone used profanity and denied a POA to pick up the vehicle requiring us to drive all the way to the college area to pick up. The guy that released the vehicle threatened my son.

Do not use Constellation Towing & Recovery. Mike the owner runs a scam. They illegally tow cars from lots and cause damages to your car. PLEASE BEAWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
