ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! This agency charged me a 70$ fee that I am just finding out through a dispute is nonrefundable! This agency committed FRAUD by using my card to put insurance on MY CAR USING SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME BIRTHDATE AND ADDRESS AND I WASN'T EVEN NAMED ON THE POLICY!!!!! When I disputed the charge they refused my refund... These people are complete and total FRAUDS!!! Progressive insurance did an investigation into my dispute and have me a refund for my down payment and told me it was fraud!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This company lies and cheats to get their money!
