I "purchased" a set of shocks for a work truck (I own a construction company) and never received any sort of order confirmation or shipping information. I emailed to inquire about the product(2 days later) and got a vague response which I was ok with at the time saying they should ship within a week. 8 days later I had not heard anything and emailed them again asking for an update. 3 days later after emailed again I got a response saying they never got their shipment from the manufacturer(fair). However, I was never contacted and told otherwise. When I asked about an estimated time to get the parts I was told to have "common sense, when we get them we will ship them out". I will say they swiftly canceled my order for me upon request. Terrible customer service and I will definitely not be buying products for my business from them ever.
