This company does not even rate a star. The owner is hostile and a lair, As she attempted to charge me for weekly services her company did not provide, then accused me of lying by me stating no one had cleaned my pool and my in ground pool was now green. I let her know I do have cameras outside of my home and would like to show her the footage to prove no one had been there, she refused to see it and stated "maybe they were at the wrong angle (the camera is screwed into the house patio frame for home owners insurance purposes as i have children) . I sent her a picture of the pool in its condition right after I left her office, she never responded. I had always paid my monthly bill but I was paying pump replacement repairs out that she herself agreed to let me pay out, (also might I add the pool pumps still do not work) while I was in the office she screamed and was very rude, but kept asking if I wanted them to continue to come out, well no. I paid in total for the repairs I owed. I let her know I would be reporting her actions and she screamed at me she would be reporting me for not paying my bills.
