DONT USE I went through CAPS for a DWI and they were unsympathetic and incapable. they are supposed to submit a 508 form to HHS, and it never went through because they used my middle name rather than first. I became very frustrated and called countless times, they couldnt even just check to make sure the info was right until TWO MONTHS of me badgering them. It was very stressful and they are not reliable at all. PLEASE do not go through these people they dont know what they are doing. They lied many times and said they checked everything and did what they could so i figured it was a mixup at the DMV or HHS. I called both and HHS finally confirmed they never received the form. Worst experience ever with a business. I was without license for a year then they made me wait 2 extra months because they are incompetent. I got an interlock installed and insurance and had to pay both for 2 months for nothing. they wasted about 300 dollars alone from just that, and their program cost me 300
