I contacted Mr. Andre Coursey on May 17 2013 from web page that he was listed as a A & D FENCE he came to my house next day may18 with some catalogs I talked with Andre few minutes and I advised him that I want put a custom gate in my front door entryway he did the measurement and he show me some catalog by king arch He told me that he got more gate design iron pattern at his home he forgot to bring it with him however he will e mail me that night when he get home so I can choose what I like and make decision and e mail back to him so he can start working on it He requested cash but he did not have receipt book with him so I asked him his business account number so I can deposit $250.00 for his business account I went his bank on 05/20/2013 at 11:42 am and deposited $250.00 to his account I immediately called Mr. Andre Coursey and I told him that I already deposited money to his account please e-mail me the design pattern that he promised to send that day then he told me he will send it tonight. with out this e mail he did not know which design I like so I needed his e mail from him for me to make decision and let him know so then he knows what to order by my approval So I was waiting for his e mail that night then next two days I called he said he was real busy he will send me tomorrow so at this point everyday comes tomorrow then became to a point he do not want to answer my calls or return my messages So after few days I block my number and call him he answered and I
