The company does inconsistent work and there is no competentnt manager or supervisor to ensure continuity from week to week. What they forget to do depends on the week but they are, typically, the same mistakes again and again. The owner is unprofessional, moody and difficult to work but she is trustworthy as is her team. After leaving the same (or similar) note of what was forgotten or neglected over the course of several months, I created a master list - thinking it would be helpful for the cleaning crew to have a "to do" list they could refer to. Rather than taking the note as a helpful guide, the owner took it as an insult and said she would no longer clean our home. We have a modest home under 2,000 square feet, so ours was not a difficult property to take care of. Incredibly disappointing.
