My dad recommended this terrible travel agent. He currently works for TTTI Services. Mohammed Adem never purchased my mom's flight tickets. He printed a fake itinerary and gave it to her. We didn't find out until we got to the airport. He could have fixed the issue while we were there, but he rejected our calls (I could tell because sometimes it would ring and ssometimes it went straight to voicemail). This man wasted our time and money. Not to mention the disappointment! We were so excited. I'd be worried about someone so careless and sloppy filing my taxes. His excuse was "I'm a tax preparer. It's tax season. I'm busy." Protect yourself and go somewhere else. It's so bad I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible, so I give you a one Pics attached on Google reviews for proof.
