The company is a bit high end and is local and I was very unhappy that they refused to pay for shipping back an item they sent where the stone was severely scratched...why would they picture one item to sell and send a defective item and then refuse to provide a shipping label. I paid for priority shipping from Missouri to Illinois to send them the defective item and I have heard nothing from them about receipt of it last week or seen my credit card refunded for the cost of the item plus shipping.
