I make decorated cakes & desserts for any occassion, specializing in wedding cake design. I've been in business for 10 years. I got started in the dessert & cake business for the love of baking & in the creating of beautiful wedding cakes. My specialty is in wedding cake design, which is my passion. I love meeting with each new couple, and working with them to achieve the same goal, the wedding cake that they have envisioned. I also create a vast assortment of dessert items, from cookies to cheesecakes. I've been asked to re-create someones own personal favorite recipes if they don't have the time to make them themselves. I'm always up for a new challenge, researching for new recipes to try, including creating new cake flavors, etc.. I make my wedding cakes fresh the day before, I don't bake them ahead of time & freeze them, so, I'm limited to how many I can do in a weekend.
