Man John
Tom Reeves inspected our home but never delivered the appraisal. We left several messages inquiring about the status but he never returned our calls or texts. We had a friend call his cell, when he answered he pretended it wasn't him answering. He kept saying whats the message and I'll call you back and of course didn't. He seemed like a kind and professional person but we were completely wrong. Now our refi is in jeopardy because the bank selected this unprofessional and insensitivity person.
