Do Not Rent from them They are slumlords from hell they never fix anything and they add a bunch of unknown charges to every ones rent account they keep utilities in your name even after you moved out I've rented from them for a little over a year I just finally moved out of one of their properties in Covington in may for the entire year my ceiling leaked in a few different areas of the unit but mainly in the bathroom oh and by the way it was a very unsafe drop ceiling it fell 6 times in the year that I was there because they wouldn't fix the pipes and they just kept putting new pieces of drop ceiling up also a brick fell through that same ceiling where my toddler uses the potty ..water leaked inside my brand new tv of course they just threw up a new piece of drop ceiling water leaked in my closet along the wall where my clothes shoes and purses were so everything mildewed and it continued to grow throughout out the wet damp apartment which felt like a basement (me and my son also have asthma btw) that's not all this whole building was infested with mice it was so bad you could hear the whole family in the ceiling and the walls I caught 6 on traps that still wasn't it then the roaches from the constant different drug addicts they rent to that don't keep their units clean then when I tried to withhold rent to get the ceiling fixed myself they threatened to evict me and I had to call code enforcement on them because my ceiling was falling literally every month on me and my 2 small kids I could never use the shower or tub correctly because the tub began to mildew from the dirty water constantly leaking and I mean who wants to take a shower or bath with dirty fece water dripping from someone else's apartment and guess what after calling the health department and code enforcement they still never fixed it even the new maintenance man they hired didn want to fix it because it was really big job and they didn want to pay him or the other maintenance men right to do it so when I left in may it was still like that and my final straw was when the last 2 days I was staying there maggots started falling from the ceiling on my bed where I slept just disgusting then they call one of the property managers to come look and he swears there were no maggots in the ceiling but that's why I took pictures and videos of everything every month and they kept the water and sewage in my name a months after I moved out and I had all my other utilities turned off I told them I wasn't payin last months rent and to evict me and take me to court after the office staff was nasty with me and hung on me 3 times but because they knew I was going to win this case they just held my security deposit and added some false charges about trash I left when I cleaned the whole apartment before I left This company is trash mostly everyone they rent to complains about leaking ceiling in their unit or something I wish I knew they had so many bad reviews before I rented from them because this has been the most inhabitable living conditions I've ever had to live with my kids I constantly asked them to move me to another unit they basically told me I had to get out and reapply without a guarantee I'll have a new place they are just the scum of the earth landlords and the office staff hopefully a class action lawsuit is brought against this company for all the people they have scammed into living in their properties
