Was instructed by a family member to return a "packageless" Amazon order, with no box and a QR code to scan (normally I drop off with box and printed label). The lady at the counter told me they don't provide that service (only the stores do, not the drop off points), BUT went the extra mile to show me how to cancel the returns on Amazon, how to return them for $0 shipping, and email the labels to Express Shipping for them to print. I am so thankful that she was able to help me get that taken care of even though the store was busy and I was extremely embarrassed (just my personality - the staff was great). Would highly recommend Express Shipping as they are super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!
