I had a terrible experience with Better Roofing of Round Rock. The company was hired by a real estate agent to inspect my roof because I had sold the house and the buyer wanted the roof inspected. Better Roofing sent 'Marty' to inspect the roof. Marty got on one roof, and in the plain sight of my wife, pulled up on the ridge vent and made it look like it needed repair. This person later got on another roof at the property and produced pictures of holes in the shingles. He wanted $925 to fix the roof (that he damaged). We refused to accept his bid and hired another roofer. The new roofer fixed the damage caused by the first roofer and couldn't find any holes in the shingles in the other roof. I wouldn't trust this company to touch anything I own.
