Well, after reading all the other reviews, I guess I'm not the only one whom he swindled. I gave him a deposit of $2400 (50%) for job on April 30th, 2016 for 2 patio covers... well today is Sept 25th... still no patio coverings. His lack of communication is staggering. On the day (in July) he was supposed to show up (his third chance), I swung by his office on Chester and there was a guy "cleaning it out". I threatened to turn him in to the BBB and Contract Lic. Board, then he text back. Stories of illness, death in the family, workers quiting only go so far. If it's that bad, retire. But, there are stories here of him taking even more money from people even after all this... Please beware, If you are reading this, you have already read many more to get here... Don't do it, Stop. Yoiu will not get what you want, you will get nothing but headache. He actually just text me with another "next week" excuse...
