I was terrified when I found termites in my house, I am so happy that RMPKA was able to give me a 10 year warranty and beat the pricing on 5 other bids. Thank you for doing a great service. I really appreciate dealing with an expert. So much knowledge about termites, who knew there was so much interesting stuff to know about a bug. It definitely holds true that you do not always want to choose the company that has the largest ad in the phone book..

As I grow my line of properties I have dealt with a couple different pest control companies and I finally found one that is truly an expert in the field of Termites. I will not trust my inspections to any other company and when I did need a treatment, I got it done with the best chemical and the longest warranty. The unbelievable thing was that they were 30 % less than Professional Termite and $20 percent less than Terminex. Talk about a great value and a wonderful asset to SW Iowa..

I am a realtor that has used RMPKA for the past 4 years, I like the fast response time for inspections and my clients like the cost. When the unfortunate event of needing a treatment comes about, I usually have the homeowner get 3 to 4 quotes, RMPKA has always come in substantially less than competitors and they offer a longer warranty. I highly recommend RMPKA for anything termite related!
